We are able to offer a comprehensive shot blasting service which enables us to offer a look like new finish to all our cases.
Shot Blaster
As part of our remanufacturing process most of our cases, are cleaned externally and then put through a 4 minute cycle in our Wheelabrator shot blasting machine. Once blasted the whole assembly is cleaned of excess shot and then stripped and inspected.
We are one of only a few remanufacturing centres throughout Europe who offer this unique service and we are very proud of this process
We can also offer a bespoke service to our customers if they need some shot blasting done. As long as it fits on our metre round turntable and we feel we can improve on the cosmetic appearance we will happily price this type of work up for you.
